Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select your products, choose size/color, and add to cart. Then proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery info and payment details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Telecel Cash, and cash on delivery (Accra only). Just enter your number at checkout and approve the payment prompt.
Is it safe to pay with Mobile Money?
Yes, completely safe! You'll receive a prompt directly on your phone to authorize the payment. We never store your MoMo PIN.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to cancel or modify. After that, your order may have already been processed for production/delivery.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive discount codes. You can also try the code KETSY10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Express delivery (Accra only): same day or next day. Store pickup is also available at no charge.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across all regions in Ghana. Delivery fee and time may vary by location.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is GHS 20. Express delivery is GHS 40. Orders above GHS 200 qualify for FREE standard delivery!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS/WhatsApp with tracking info. You can also contact us directly for updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We'll guide you through the return process.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are sent via Mobile Money.
Can I return custom orders?
Custom/personalized orders are non-refundable unless there's a defect or error on our part. We always send a preview before production to ensure satisfaction.

How do I request a custom product?
Visit our Custom Order page and fill out the request form with your product details, design description, and contact info. We'll reach out within 24 hours.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 3–7 business days depending on complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be accommodated — just let us know your deadline.
Is there a minimum order for custom products?
No minimum for most products! However, bulk orders of 10+ pieces get special discounted pricing. Great for events, businesses, and schools.
Do I pay upfront for custom orders?
We require a 50% deposit via Mobile Money to start production, with the remaining balance paid on delivery or before shipping.
