1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using the Ketsy Store website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Product images are representative — actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed after successful payment. We accept:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Telecel Cash (Vodafone Cash)
• Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Mobile Money via Paystack
• Cash on Delivery (Accra only)

Ketsy Store reserves the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders require a design brief submitted through the website or via WhatsApp. A quote will be provided before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. You are responsible for ensuring any uploaded artwork or design is accurate and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. Delivery fees:

• Standard Delivery: GHS 20 (2–4 business days)
• Express Delivery: GHS 40 (same day / next day, Accra only)
• Store Pickup: Free (Accra)
• Free standard delivery on orders above GHS 200

Ketsy Store is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required
• Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty
• Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, logos, and text — is the property of Ketsy Store and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ketsy Store's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any consequential loss arising from use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
